Distress control center is the solution to personal security; it enables the users in distress to push a predefined button in their cell phone or their regular panic button. Pressing that button sends distress signals to the control center.
The control center receives the signal, the signal shows on the main screen the customer’s details and a map of the incident’s area, by the G.P.S data.
The software creates a rescuing mission and alerts the relevant standby security guards that are close to the incident’s area.
The software knows how to manage an incident both by sending forces to the area and documenting the incident as it occurs, all of that by definitions that were entered ahead or by a manual operating.
